Dan and Heather are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING team! The vibe in there is so comfortable, relaxed, and makes you feel at home. A lot of barbershops can be intimidating but they foster an environment that makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend and can make any necessary adjustments. I got a skin fade, a beard trim, and mustache trim and I am extremely happy. 10 Stars!

Made an appt for my husband with the owner who was very friendly. Morning of, the lady called him to let him know she was running behind. Gave him ample time and didn’t wait for him to almost be there before giving him the heads up which he appreciated. He said the experience overall was very good and we both like the cut. I spent a while looking for a barber in the Mesa, area but didn’t find anything that really caught my attention until I found Sanctuary. I’ve got asian male hair too so it’s not the easiest to cut, but Heather did such a great job! I got exactly what I wanted, Heather was super communicative about what was going on, and it was a great experience all around. Plus is a small business owned by a husband and wife.
